Our Team

The Mission Big team is comprised of a core group of professionals representing the creative, production, marketing/sponsor, finance and nonprofit business sectors. They are:

Jamie Rose

Creative Director / Producer – Within the signature and large-scale events sector, the company is lead by Creative Director/ Producer Jamie Rose. Mr. Rose has two decades of live event experience, developing and producing small to festival-sized events with performances from such recording artists as Jay Z, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, NE-YO, Elton John, Nas, Alicia Keys, 311, The Roots, Snoop Dogg, and Kid Rock among many others. Corporate sponsor clients have included American Express, Heineken USA, WSJ, Moet Hennessy, Coors Light, Target, Malibu Red, Viacom, BofA and MSN among others. Within the nonprofit sector, his clients include United Way of New York City, Youth, I.N.C., The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, Mercy Corps, Youth, I.N.C., and WIN.

Nefertiti Strong

Nefertiti Strong is a force of nature. Energetic and perpetually ahead of the pack, her life experience is broad and seemingly never-ending.

Born in Chicago and transplanted to Los Angeles, Nefertiti began her entertainment career as a rapper at age 17. She recorded an album entitled L.I.F.E. (Living in Fear of Extinction) that sold upwards of 500,000 units and received a Grammy nomination.

Nefertiti’s experience on-stage gave her an appreciation and an understanding for all that leads up to that great concert moment. After starring in Mario Van Peebles’ “Panther,” she also gained insights and knowledge of theatrical and film production. These many varied experiences, culminated in a desire and an eye for creating extremely successful live music productions.

She has worked with some of the biggest names in pop and hip hop, including Snoop Dog, Nelly, Ice-T and Juvenile. And found time to produce an award winning short film, Phase 5 that screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2004.

She’s produced events for Zain in Kenya and Sudan. Helped bring to life Eat Drink and Be Hopeful with Celebrity host Macy Gray, for the American Cancer Society. Now based in New York, she continues to work both coasts and internationally, as a sought after director, music and event producer.

Elizabeth “Ellie” Manko Libby

Ellie Libby has dedicated her career to the field of philanthropy and entrepreneurship. After practicing securities and bankruptcy law for seven years, Ellie turned her attention to the nonprofit sector. Over the last seventeen plus years Ellie has worked as a Senior Development professional, raising funds for both large and mid sized and start up nonprofits in the NYC area. Amongst her organizations, Ellie was part of the initial team at under John Sexton to achieve a record breaking Campaign for NYU Law School. She then created the Individual and Major Gift program at City Harvest. Ellie also was the Executive Director of CTREE -Center for Therapeutic Riding of the East End and Director of Development for The McCarton Foundation and WaterKeeper Alliance. Most recently she was Co Founder of Urban Greenwalk.

Ellie Graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors at Brown University and received her JD from NYU School of Law.

Ellie currently serves on the LAA Board of NYU Law School, Development Committee of CAE, The Center for Arts and Education, and VP of Communication for the Brown University Class of 1983.

Asher Khan

Asher's career as a curator in luxury brand marketing began at the benchmark Tiffany & Co. in the Corporate sales division catering to the executives of major corporations and major sport league trophy sales and managed the lucrative NYC territory. When the owners of the Nikki Beach enterprise sought to expand the brand into publishing, Asher was tapped to launch Nikki Style in NYC, which was a pioneer in the ultra glossy, and was distributed globally at all of their locations, including the Cannes Film Festival. Sir Howard Stringer took notice after a working relationship while he was at Tiffany, which grew towards a solution for Sony Electronics VIP clientele and Sony Cierge was formed. This was Sir Howard's boutique project, a VIP invite only concierge that catered to celebrities and Centurion level clients. Asher assisted in all Sales and Marketing aspects for Cierge clients, which were all personally invited. Asher's client list at Cierge included Dr. Henry Kissinger, Former PM Tony Blair and Sir William Sorrell just to name a few. Asher brings his integrity to his continued base of brand clientele and is motivated daily by the potential of each new prospect that an opportunity presents.

Stephanie Delserro

Stephanie Delserro attended Rutgers University and received a B.A. in Communication. Immediately upon graduation, Stephanie dove head first into the event world interning for event designer David Monn in NYC. There she learned about event design, logistical management and coordination and on-site execution of events ranging from weddings to charity galas to private dinners. After David Monn, Stephanie went on to work for renowned publicist Nadine Johnson. At Nadine Johnson & Associates Inc. Stephanie not only managed and trained a team of interns, but also performed weekly, monthly and yearly data analysis of all press for her clients. Also while at Nadine Johnson, she managed multiple hotel properties, NYC venues and worked at over 30 events, which included art exhibitions, luxury store openings, product launches, and a myriad of after parties and Fashion Week events.
